Pass Plus
Once you have passed your driving test you can, if you wish, go on to complete Pass Plus. Pass Plus is a structured course consisting of a minimum of 6 hours further tuition and is aimed at giving you extra driving experience at a time when you are most likely to have an accident. The course covers the following:
- Town driving
- Driving on rural roads
- All weather driving
- Dual carriageways & motorways
- Night driving
At the end of your course there is no further test to take and you will be issued with a certificate by the Driving Standards Agency. This certificate allows you to take advantage of reduced insurance premiums through one of the major insurance companies that participate in the scheme.**
1st Class school of Motoring offers Pass Plus instruction by a registered Pass Plus instructor.
*Statistics show that 1 driver in 5 will be involved in a crash during their 1st year of driving
